How I Swept Migraine Out of my Life
Migraine (also mistakenly called migrain) is a severe or even disabling headache that tortures about 30 million people in the US alone, most of them are women. My name is Mary, I live in Arizona and I started this blog when mirgain was a big part of my life, that’s why you see so many migraine related pages and posts here. Migrain.info tells a lot about my own experience with migraine and tricks that helped me cope with my headaches for years. Now migraine is in the past. And believe me, if you read carefully my recovery story below you don’t have to read anything else on my blog. I keep all these posts here as a souvenir now. Anyway, combating migrain was a part of my life.
My Migraine Story
Now let’s pass on to the most important – how I swept migrain out of my life. I’m serious, no more headaches or auras. The worst thing I sometimes experience (more and more seldom now) the day before drastic weather changes is a very slight heaviness above my right eye which dissolves in a few hours. No more pain, no more nausea or other companions of migraine.
How did I achieve that? At some point I realized that migrain has eaten a huge part of my life and budget and medications were not the solution. Fortunately, I found a very good canadian farmacy online with really low prices which I would recommend to those to need to buy medications. I bought Rizatriptan (Maxalt) and paid $5.20 per 5mg pill when I bought a big package, smaller packages were more expensive and that was the best offer I found online.
I spent thousands on pills and doctors kept telling me the their favorite “there is no known cure for the migraine” and prescribed painkillers. The longer I was on the pills the less was the effect. I needed bigger doses to relieve pain. I ended up going to a healer and leaving several hundreds bucks there. Needless to say, I spent my money in vain. To cut the long and painful story short, I found a book about migraine relief on the Internet. Being sceptical at first, I thought to myself then: “I know for sure what doesn’t work and I spent thousands dollars and years of my life to learn what was obvious. Now I have a chance to learn what may work and losing this chance is not wise”. The Migraine Relief book was written by a woman and I know that women understand migrain better (no offense, men) so I gave it a try. And now I’m done with migraines.
I recommend this book on my blog and link to it because it deserves that and even more. I could have written more on migraine but the book expains better how to get cured. It’s not a “magic pill” (which in fact does not exist), it’s an entire system explained in the book that brought me back to life.

The Story of Migrain.Info Blog
I started this blog when I was a migrain suffer myself. I wanted to share my own migrain experience and all the migraine information I disposed of with other migraine sufferers. Now that migraine is gone the blog appears to be a bit outdated, but still it was a step on my way to recovery!
At Migrain.Info Blog I’m telling:
- what I felt when I had migrain and how I coped with it
- the methods and meds that helped me for different migraine conditions
- places where I ordered migrain meds that relieve pain or prevent severe attacks
I hope my blog helps other people to get rid of migraine or at least relieve migrain attacks and improve the quality of their lives. Feel free to post here your own migrain experiences and discuss. Remember:
Migraine can be managed and cured. Now that I learned it I started to enjoy life again. I hope you will do the same and forget even what the word migrian means.
